  • Can I change/cancel my order?
    Please contact us as soon as possible for a request. This will depend on whether or not the parcel has left our warehouse. You can contact us via chat or email contact form.
  • Can I change my delivery address?
    Before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address. This will depend on whether or not the parcel has left our warehouse. If your order already has been dispatched, please understand we are unable to update the address or reroute the parcel. However, You may be able to request a collection or for deliver to safe place on the delivery service website or app.
  • I didn't receive an order confirmation
    If you didn't receive an order confirmation email, please follow these steps below: Please check your junk folder Sometimes it might auto-fill an alternative email address at the check out stage, please double-check the other accounts If you used apple pay or paypal, check your account that you used depends on your personal settings within the apps If you still having a problem, please let us know via chat or email contact form.

  • Will I receive my postage costs back if I return the items for a refund?
    Unfortunately not. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the items. The shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend you using a tracked delivery method as we cannot process the refund if we haven't received the returned item.
  • How long does it take to receive a refund?
    Most returns are processed in a few days, but the money can take up to 14 days to appear back in your account.
  • Can I send the order back or get a refund if I have experienced a reaction to a product?
    Always ensure you read the ingredients and directions of use for our products to prevent an allergic reaction. We recommend conducting a patch test first on a wrist or behind the ear to avoid any skin reaction on your face. Use only as directed on the packaging. Avoid storing in high/low temperatures or in areas exposed to direct sunlight. Stop using if it causes any allergic reaction and seek medical advice. Please be aware that we cannot accept responsibility and we will not issue a refund. We may refer you to the manufacturer, requesting that you deal with them directly.
