Place the silicone band at the center of your chin.

2. Secure the Velcro:
Attach the long Velcro strap from the left ear to the crown of your head. Adjust for a comfortable fit.

3. Adjust Pressure:
Tighten the band with moderate pressure. Avoid over-tightening to prevent discomfort.
